Hello and welcome!
We are a small artisan bakery rooted in the beautiful Foxdale Forest in northern Lusaka. With sourdough cultures we collect from all over the world, we create a range of naturally leavened sourdough breads, including gluten free varieties. Grounded in German baking traditions, each of our loaves is made by hand with diligence and much love. Our process of slow fermentation provides a characteristic full-flavored sourdough taste with an excellent crusty crumb. Get to know us better on the following pages! |
